Each ticket is assigned to an engineer and when confirmed, we’ll let you know by email or phone. While your ticket is open, we’ll send you updates on completed work, or you can also call the service desk at any time, reference the ticket number, and speak directly to the assigned engineer. Once your request is completed, we’ll let you know via email and send a short survey to rate and comment on our support.
