Security Awareness Training
Weekly comprehensive end user training programs designed to enhance your organisation’s cyber defence by educating and empowering your employees
Data backup
Backup of Email, SharePoint, One drive and Teams, Drobox or Google Drive (server backups (cloud or on premise are also completed where applicable)
Endpoint detection and response (With SOC)
EDR continuously monitors endpoints (computers) for suspicious activities, threats, and vulnerabilities. It provides real-time visibility into endpoint activities and allows for the detection, investigation, and automated incident response to potential security incidents.
Email security filtering
Protection against malicious emails and spam, plus sandboxing of links within emails. Email link sandboxing is an essential component of email security, as it helps protect users from clicking on links that could lead to malware infections, phishing attacks, or other cybersecurity threats. It provides an additional layer of defence against malicious emails.
Web content filtering
Web content filtering DNS (Domain Name System) is a technology that uses DNS servers to filter and control access to websites based on their content and prevents access to malicious websites.

Extra Services Available

The only services that attract additional costs are project services, these relate to the installation of new or upgrading of existing hardware and software. Examples would be

  • New desktop/laptop installation/configuration
  • Network upgrades (server, router, switch replacement)
  • Installation of new software packages

All project work is based on a fixed price quotation prior to the commencement of the project.

New Workstation / Laptop Installation Charges

The following fixed price charges apply for the installation and configuration of new workstations/laptops. This includes the installation of all required applications, email set up, account creation (if a new user), migration of any existing data of profile information local to the replacement computer.
