We started MSP Blueshift in 2010 with a mission to provide the most helpful and efficient managed IT services to our Melbourne clients. Back then, offering a fixed price unlimited service was a new concept in Australia, however, we knew business owners were sick of wildly fluctuating monthly costs and chasing after the “IT guy” to understand every charge.

More than a decade later, our loyal customer base and legacy are testament to our excellent, brilliant work ethic and customer service – even with pay by the hour invoicing long gone from the Australian MSP scene.
