We offer three service levels, which cover the guaranteed response times associated with various events.

Remember, if its IT related and is either requested by you, or required to ensure the ongoing functionality, servicing or upgrading of your IT environment then it’s covered by your low agreed monthly fee, as we say there is nothing "out of scope" at MSP Blueshift.
